Ann Russo - Broker Associate

I began my career in Real Estate in 2002.  I loved looking at houses and was very interested in real estate, so a career in it was natural.  I started as an assistant to a local team of agents who needed help with their website and putting out flyers.  I worked and learned from them as I got my license, eventually working my way up to become a team member. Once my knowledge grew, I decided it was time to make it on my own and create a name for myself.  I moved to Bridgecrest Properties, Inc., Realtors® in 2006 and continued to build my own business and clientele.

As a single mom at the time, I needed a consistent income.  If you know anything about real estate, you know a consistent income is not typical for most agents, so I became the office administrator at Bridgecrest Properties, Inc., Realtors®.  In that position, which I still do, I reviewed all transactions that came through the office.  This allowed me to grow as an agent.  I learned so much.  Most people will buy and sell 4-5 houses in their lifetime.  Most agents will help with about 12-18 transactions per year.  I look over, discuss, and learn from about 20-30 transactions per month, in addition to doing my own real estate.  I see so much more than the average agent and because of that I learn quite a bit.

In 2016 the majority stockholder of the company decided to retire.  The broker and her husband purchased the stock and offered me the opportunity to become a stockholder as well.  I took them up on the offer and purchased a portion of the company.  I got my broker’s license in March of 2023 with the full intention of becoming the broker of record and allowing our current broker to retire.

My mission in real estate is to deliver a high value Real Estate experience through ethics, integrity, market knowledge and listening to my clients and their needs.

I love what I do, and it shows.  Call me.
