I received my Sales License in April of 1982 and I specialize in residential real estate. I obtained my Broker License in 1986. My areas of specialty are new and resale homes, townhomes and condos.

The areas I work in include Clear Lake City, Nassau Bay, Seabrook, El Lago, Taylor Lake Village, League City, Friendswood, Pearland, LaPorte, Deer Park and Dickinson.

I represent both buyers and sellers. I have been an area resident since 1977 and live in and love the Bay Area. I pride myself in my honesty and integrity. Approximately 85% of my business comes from past clients and personal referrals and I strive to do what is best for my client. I am particularly fond of working with first time buyers who need a little extra guidance. I am known for my unrelenting patience when working with people.
