Water

• To setup new service click here and fill out application. Once finished with the application residences are asked to call 281-997-5953 or 281-997-5950 in order to make a deposit using a Visa, Discover or MasterCard debit/credit card. New customers can also register for water service in the Utility Billing department, located on the first floor of City Hall at 3519 Liberty Drive or at 2555 Cullen Parkway.

• Applications and payments must be received by 4 PM. Applications and deposits received after 4 PM will be activated in 2 business days. The following documents must be received to activate services:

  • A copy of the driver’s license of each person listed on lease/settlement page.

  •  A copy of the settlement page from your title company

  • A copy of your current lease (1st and last page with signatures)

• Email documents to utilityservice@pearlandtx.gov  or mail to P.O. Box 2068, Pearland, Texas 77588-2068. You may also deliver the documentation at our offices located at 3519 Liberty Dr. or 2555 Cullen Pkwy.
